The new Fair Squared Period Cup is a soft menstrual cup. Unlike cups made from silicone or plastic the Period Cup is made from 100% FSC Fair trade natural rubber from the Horana plantation in Sri Lanka. It can be used throughout the menstrual cycle no matter whether the flow is light or heavy. The Period Cup is reusable and can easily be cleaned with water. We recommend size M for women under 30 who have not given birth and size L for women over 30 or women who have given birth
