Frozen Mango Chunks
Hand-cut chunks of sweet frozen mango, perfect for smoothies, fruit salads or simply just snacking!
Recipe Suggestion – Mango and Lime Fool
In a food processor blend 200g mango with the juice of a lime. Add 150ml thick yoghurt and 4 tablespoons of double cream. Blend again. Sweeten to taste with icing sugar.
Or blend with strawberries and a glug of juice to create a homemade smoothie.
