Italian Mixed Herbs - 30g
Use our Italian Herb Seasoning stirred in to ragu’s, soups, stews and meat sauces for pasta and lasagne, sprinkle on to pizza, and homemade crackers to give them the taste of Italy, it’s also nice sprinkled over vegetables such as red onions and sweet potatoes prior to roasting. This seasoning is lovely added to savoury breads and scone recipes; it can also be sprinkled on to flat breads and baked to make an alternative to garlic bread. Use it as a dry rub for fish and poultry, stir into tomato based dips and sauces, it gives a lovely flavour to that classic dish cheese on toast. Mix it with vinegar and oil to make Italian style vinaigrette and use to season salads and couscous.
