Loose Yeast - Instant fast acting
A quality dry yeast that you can rely on. With a shelf life of two years, not requiring a cool environment and able to be preserved at room temperature. It rapidly activates when mixed directly with flour.
Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier.
How to use: Fermipan is used at a rate of 0,5% of the amount of flour that is used during the making of the dough eg: for a flour of 1 kg, 5g of yeast is used.
